Corruption could be 1 of the reason on why the crash is not investigated thoroughly with hard measures put in place after the crash.

Japanese and french took more than 2 decade to perfect the art before putting it into service.
The Chinese, being too greed too impetus, launch a service destine to fail with 5 years of R& D. They put profit ahead of safety.......

It's old news and already taken in at these prices. Management has also come out to clarify that most of their projects are subway lines, which continues on as these are city transportation. Think we can see more upside for Midas.

Announce is to attract buyer to the already dead still stock...After that when people keep buying, shot the Px down and money got stuck for few months. Company then use the money to put in bank and collect interest. Then use the interest to pay peanuts back to shareholders....On the retail shareholders side,, their 10 over thousand dollars now becomes paper loss but after company give them some sweets worth 0.002 cents per share one time tier hehehehe the forget their losses and said ho seyyyy...got dividend
