Capital Group sold down MIDAS from > 100m shares to ~60m (4.9%) (from 1 Aug to 10 Aug) + super bad luck - 2 major train crashes within 3-mth lapse. IPO in 2004 @ 11.5c & rose to > $2. Now 38.5c is so miserable! 2nd Accident happened at 2.51pm yesterday so the sentiment could get worse when news fully digested by all - see Europe mkt open at 3pm.

" On mkt sentiment play now and more often...rather then on their core strength."

Whatever good news or valuation that goes cheap, cheaper or cheapest, it still mkt sentiment play.

A result of persistant fear on Greece missing the payment.

continued selling by Capital Group may drag Midas to IPO px + dual listing in HKSE was a wrong move - HSI worse performing Asia index in recent mths. So scary now.

for those playing midas. i urge you all to get part of it out at least.

1. generall market still in cautious with all the EU debts, recession worries. why get in now if you can buy cheaper later?

2. train development in china cities. most train development are funded indirectly by provincial govt thru some funds management company set up to get the banks loans as central beijing govt has set ceiling preventing provincial govt from too much in debts. what happen amid all this train crashes, the beijing govt conduct all scale investigation on all train project at provincial govt accounts........

the good pt for midas now is that raw material prices are cheaper now. meaning their cost of production is lower.

On mkt sentiment play now and more often...rather then on their core strength. So long this train is useful, think chinese govt will pump in again to make better train.(hardware) and now their software computer must be much more, more  reliable  and infrastructure  must oso be equally in tip top condition,

Like SMRT?, cheap n good, be cheap  & good, there's a price to pay. Breakdown if lucky, if not boom@#$:((

To  minimizing the flaw, no one is to  ZZZzzz on the job.

Ai..Ya. Anything tat finish in a hurry and on target, what do U think - no problem one meh?.

Then again if don 1 2 finish on target, no  amount of good work or so call - prefect product,  to finest details  will ever  be release,  finishing product  will never and ever be release out. It will never be able to.

Like for  example Boeing airline plane 787  - dreamliners, delay and delay,  I think the plane is now  more then ready to fly and had landed in Japan - who, here think this plane is perfect in minimizing the flaws?.
