DOW yesterday up. More importantly commodities as a whole made strong recovery. May have effect on resources counters today.

GMG has almost broken the neckline at 26 cents today , n the dead cross was formed while the 200MA had gone beyond its share price at 27 cents on 04/05/11 . There is a gap at 14 cents .

I think its probably the Chinese rate hike of commercial bank reserve requirements that is putting extra
pressure on prices.
The idea that consumption from China will fall due to the policy measure.

am thinking now japan due to tsunami they have alot of rubber in stock n low in production of cars n china is slowing down in buying. plus commodities are slowing down . overall market slow n i think people are just waiting n seeing but i think if one is vested can keep. productions of cars will ramp up soon n rubber will once again chiong.

hmmm as i said yesterday theres a write up about commodities counters play n GmG was mentioned but today commodities big sold off n rubber(last i checked) was down quite a bit.I am hoping best case senario for GmG to close 0.270 . who knows no good news in e market so far..playin contra with my 20 lots....
