ya. think back, kepland is one of a high beta stock. attract many buyer and seller too.

DBS recommends BUY with Target Price at $5.09

 Keppel Land reported a 273% jump in net profit to $1046m

despite a 14% dip in revenue to $792m, due to restructuring

gains from sale of MBFC1 and fair value gains from completed

and uncompleted properties. Excluding this, bottomline would

have been slightly below street estimates. Residential will

remain key near term earnings driver. Current balance sheet is

strong with a net gearing of 0.2x. The group has proposed

total dividend of 18cts /share comprising 9cts final and 9cts

special. Maintain Buy with TP $5.09 (Prev S$ 4.96).

Wow 18 cents per share dividend. For me that is a yield of 12% since I bought at $1.50.

I don't think next year the dividend will be that good.
