The positive aspects now are the ex CEO Cao is still around, the operations have gone uninterrupted... I just wonder how much the intrim CEO can do, we all know Cao is the key person who knows the trade, not the non-executive directors. The following moves should be adopted asap:
1) get someone, say, one of the executive directors who resigned lately, to take the blame
2) pay back the money and straighten the accounts
3) the intrim CEO calls AGM and get the expansion projected approved
4) announce 1Q result with some solid numbers
5) relist the shares
6) restore the ex CEO Cao
Any comments?

Wah...seems like the city does not even take into consideration of the stock being suspended in SGX and KRX....happily still announce the approval of the projuect...40 tons of fabrics.
