agreed, got oppourtunity buy in when it dips again.
Li Heng rose on ABN Amro's report.
ABN Amro said that Li Heng is poised to nearly triple its capacity over 2007-09F and emerge as China's largest nylon yarn producer. At a 2008F P/E of just 4.7x, a dividend yield of 5.3% and net cash amounting to over 38% of market cap, they think Li Heng is strong value Buy with a tp of $1.20 (FY08 PER 9.0x).
just beware these periods
Many many traps
Li Heng is still below the down trendline. So short term bearish trend remains.

hi all,
what is going on with this counter??? It has come down more than 20+% since a high of 87cts.
Funny thing is OCBC research just gave it a TP of $1.16 on 22 may 08 which is just barely 1+ week ago when it was at 72.5cts and now it is down again to 68.5cts?!
It's 1Q08 EPS is RMB 0.165 or $0.033. If we assume performance is the same or better for the rest of the year, this gives it a forward 2008 EPS of $0.132 or PE of 5.18 at 68.5cts. in addition, their past 4 years profit margins have been maintained at 32+%. Their ROE is also high at 50+%.
On top of that, I heard that the demand for nylon fibre is now very high in china due requirements for tentage. Even if Li heng does national service and lowers their margin %, this is going to lift their revenues.
therefore common sense indicates that Li Heng is dirt cheap. What I don't understand is why the selling pressure is so high?
Can some of the seniors advice? I bought at 80cts and have been holding onto it since. Should I cut loss or average?

Li Heng is going to a new high when it break above 0.775 and many are taking profit at this price I think.
After the profit taking or after a good rest Li Heng is going to fly higher. Heavily Vested

thanks for your info, Blastoff. I am still holding this counter even it closed low today. What your take on this?
I personally won't wish to go that direction to benefit from the quakes...there are thousands innocent dead, it's heart painful event!!!
Would Li Heng benefit from the Earthquake by supplying nylon material for the temporary tents to the victims? Just wondering! Any sifus care to comment.
Hi Stephen Tan, 'vested' mean that they owned shares of the company.
