With today's huge Dow rally,

Which company is better ? Mermaid or Ezra ? Both seem to be experiencing 'fair valuations' albeit with a little more downside. Actually the question should be, between the two which is a better bet ? The fish or the prophet ? Any advise ? Muchos Gracias

On Tuesday, Ezra tested the support at $1.73 and closed at $1.77 with average volume of 7.2 million shares traded.

A white candle stick with upper/lower shadow indicates the indecision of the investors though it should lean towards bullish since Ezra managed to close higher.

Both RSI & MACD are bearish as MACD performed a cross down on 1/July while RSI continue to trend downwards.

Important Resistance of Ezra: $1.96

Immediate Support of Ezra: $1.73

Currently prices has dropped below the 20/50/100/200 days MA and supported on the technical support of $1.73.

SEE ANALYSIS FOR LIONAPAC

We do not advise to “catch a falling knife” as the support at $1.73 may not be able to hold. Thus do continue to monitor if Ezra can start forming the consolidation at the $1.73 region before entry

Today Ezra tried to break its resistance at $1.96 but failed. It closed at $1.93 with low volume of 3.82 million shares traded.

A black candle stick with long lower shadow similar to a “hanging man” does not imply well especially when Ezra is at its high.

Both RSI & MACD are still bullish since both indicators are trending up.

Important Resistance of Ezra: $1.96

Immediate Support of Ezra: $1.83

Currently Ezra seems to be having a hard time to break technical/50days MA at $1.96. In fact, the last 2 candle stick which displayed similar to a “Doji” & “Hanging man” respectively serves as a warning to the investors that the momentum of rally has lost.

SEE CHARTS OF EZRA & CITYDEV

Do not encourage to enter unless $1.96 resistance can be broken conceiving with high volume. Otherwise wait to see if we can get at $1.83.
