Interesting thinking ... sell and immediately lost $100 per lot .. why really dont know why they are selling !!!

ya lor.. giv NAV at US87Cts, spare another 40% discount bec vessel might depreciate due to poorer economy its NAV will still stands at SG75 cts... monday will kn how ppl react to it..

income for distribution so still high but DPU give so little... quite disappointed.. no news for refinancing also.
NAV still high over S$1, cash nt distributed still keep with the company.. by rite share value still the same.
See mon hw others react then do accordingly..

Unless they manage to refinance the debts ..
But US$130 Million debt due in April 2010...
Assuming charter revenue is constant at US$40 Million for next 3 quarters (i.e. Sep'09, Dec'09 and Mar'10) plus this quarters revenue, they will have enough money to clear the debts...
But till then... peanut dividends loh...
So if u hold, the opportunity cost is quite high as the money parked here can be shifted to other performing REITS or Shipping Trust..
Holding also got risks... Wat if they issue Rights???
You have to fork out more money....
Suggestion is to SELL first thing in the morning on Monday..
