CEnersave proposing $50m bond of which $37.5m or about 25% interest in it (tobe issusing) to Credit Suisse S'Pore (BBs verturing in). Good or Bad??

Profit B4 tax & Net Profit attributable to equity holders. Grp reported a S$6.1mil in profit for FY2006 compare to S$0.6mil for  FY2005. After tax S$0.4mil and minority interest of S$1.39mil into a/c. The Grp reported a 333% increases in net profit attributable to equity holders to S$4.8 mil for FY2006.  Grp net asset Value increases from FY05 (0.16c) to FY06 (0.20c)

S&P has a 12 mths target of 0.29c

100MW power plant will generate US$500million in revenue per year, so a 24MW power plant will generate US$120million in revenue per year. Cenersave has also bot 49% more,bringing it to 100% own Yima plant.

The Group?s current focus is on the China market, where demand for electricity has been rising in tandem with continued growth of the country?s industrial activity and living standards.

Within the power industry, the Group?s strategy is to rapidly build up its market share in the biomass power segment to capitalize on economic incentives provided under the China Renewable Energy Law, which came into effect on 1 January 2006 to encourage the development of renewable energy power plants. According to the China Energy Research Institute and Energy Bureau of NDRC, BIREC 2005, China is targeting to have a total installed capacity for biomass power of 5 GW by 2010, and 20 GW by 2020.

Since 2006, the Group has embarked on the development of three 24MW biomass power plant projects in China. The new biomass power plants are expected to continue expanding the Group?s sources of revenue and earnings as they become operational. The construction of the first two biomass plants is expected to complete in FY2008 while the third in FY2009.

well flag formation during these weeks, so means have to wait during this consolidation period, support at 19cents broken so need to see which level of suppoort it will continue to fall..

It business license granted for operating this power plant is for 30 years till year 2032. Smiley
