UBS cuts target price for Yangzijiang Shipbuilding to $1.30 from $2.65, based on peer average of 2.6X 2009 P/B, after changing valuation methodology to P/B from DCF to reflect cyclicality of shipbuilding business, align with its existing approach for Korean shipbuilders; "given the current market condition, we believe P/BV more appropriately reflects investors' risk appetite." Also lowers 2008-2010 EPS forecasts to reflect higher steel costs. But keeps Buy call, noting recent share price correction overdone; "YZJ's earnings growth is one of the highest among its peers, driven by timely new capacity addition and improvement in its product mix."

i choose to watch sideline now... just don't like the huge volume done at 0.77 with 10,613 lots & 3,245 lots done at 0.775... these volume can further pressing down the price... becareful.
