1. The daily and weekly chart shows it is clearly in a downtrend with no rebound in sight. It broke the closing support of 1.225 with increasing volume. All the moving averages are pointing down. Don't see any double bottom in sight. Weekly chart shows a dead cross sometime ago.
2. Transfer of ownership from the STX Group to Fincantieri in fact increases risk due to the EU crisis. The persistent selling may be signalling some kind of impending bad news. When this stock was at 1.80, I remembered the analyst's target was 2.10 thereby attracting retail buyers. Now the target was 1.53 when Fincan bought over at 1.22. The same thing I experienced was Noble at 1.80. There was persistent selling with no apparent reasons when the analyst's gave a very rosy picture. Then came the bad news of defaulting cotton contracts and 1st time quarter loss and it gap down!Too late for long term holders.
3. Why are all the STX OSV's big stake holders selling? Maybe they are more privileged in terms of information. So I think 1.22 is immaterial anymore.When things go wrong (if Italy goes into crisis) it may even revisit the previous low of 0.80!
4. The only thing that can protect retailers is by looking at the trend and have discipline. The wise thing to do is not to be long with the current trend.
5. Just my opinion only.

If they don't " mau" , how can they become rich by playing kacang puteh tikam-tikam?
