-- Non-fossil fuel to account for 11.4 percent of primary energy consumption

-- Water consumption per unit of value-added industrial output to be cut by 30 percent

-- Energy consumption per unit of GDP to be cut by 16 percent

-- Carbon dioxide emission per unit of GDP to be cut by 17 percent

-- Forest coverage rate to rise to 21.66 percent and forest stock to increase by 600 million cubic meters

 

I think it's another version of factoring where it sells off it's debts at a lower value in order to generate cash. May not be all bad but very much depends on the reason why they need to do this.

But I've said this before. Business too futuristic. Wind power ? Chinese too mercenary to care about clean energy. If on the other hand while setting up one of their wind turbines, they dig the ground and find oil or coal..... then will be happening !

hmmm correct me if im wrong.

i believe this news is just an after event of the disposal of its fastening business. because if i rmb correctly, the details of the acquisition was that the buyer will take on REA's fastening business debts and pay for it is it? hence this repayment agreement

in this case it refers to debt restructuring, which  is a process that allows a company facing cash flow problems, to reduce and renegotiate its delinquent debts in order to improve or restore liquidity and rehabilitate so that it can continue its operations, something like refinancing...

I thought hard and long about this. Everyone is just selling as we are fearful. It's a case of " black swan" , where one improbable event causing larger than proportionate effects. It's rather irrational to be dumping related shares just because they are under the same category. if you extend the idea, then you should avoid buying shares altogether.

With govt. support, and close link with Datang Corp, and the fact that the chairman/director (i forgot) bought more shares before he give up his throne shows that he is sure everything is in order, otherwise why would he do that?

think i am staying put. very heavily vested in this counter. don't really want to sell at support. =\ 

 

Pls dont invest too much on S-chick and is better not to vest at all in them. Due to lost of trust and most important, lost of value in S-chip. For those poor/unlucky investor that kanna burn in those suspended S-shit counter, i feel heart pain for  them and i can feel how pain it is to lost so much or even all in S-shit. As to show my support for those who kanna burn and to avoid another S-shit scandal again. I hereby annouce that i wont invest or promote any S-shit again, i wish those who kanna burn clear your tears/heartpain and stand up again. So many  local good counter to invest, we can all skip S-Shit and condemn them for doing rubbish. It better to invest  in local  stock  as we can see our investment here in singapore and anything happen we also had first hand information.  If u want to  invest china stock, i think u better camp beside that company and follow the  CEO everday in order to be safe. I wish all good luck and take care, i going heaven to find my love now. cya...

 

I agree with u, i think REA show it honesty by not trying to make up it fundamental so pretty like others, lose means lose, dont had to cover up things, that good. But it depend whether others still trust S-chip or not cause many still kiasi, i also kiasi too(i play S-chip very carefully and dont invest too big on them). I think some really good and trustable s-chip should stand out and said  something, if not the whole s-chip boat will sink slowly :)
