At 15:19:00 to 15:20:00 trading hours. just one minute. 4,482,000 million was bot up @0.088 cts.
Players had their chances, and it got it to where it was...it closed off @0.087cts together with significant volume. There after profiting hit 0.090 cts ++, @9.0 cts - 22,972,000 miliion changed hands with 237 deal done and @9.1 cts with 23,477,000 million changed hands

Well-done Sifu Isolater. Your call on Oceanus was very good. I don t like this counter for it's fundamentals but Mr.Market most times don't care about fundamentals. Very obviously BB's have been playing this and counters like Artivision and GMG up.
To those who are still holding, listen to Isolater. Don't be too greedy. When BB's decide to run the others way, you will have no one to sell to....

Must take profit in phrase and dont be greedy to ride all to the top.... target is just a target.... not necessary to sell at target.... Gd luck... lol
This few weeks hard to see oceanus going up to 10 cents judging by the movements. If you have profits, adviseable to sell out first.
actually this is a landlord more then a farmer.
it can do away with all the mortality risk by renting out the tanks to farmer and strike a buy back price of maketable abalone for their factory.
in this way. farmer take care of labour, wages, electiricty and risk. and has a guarantee price for the end product.
the landlord can still take a good profit via the rent, the price different and value add via canned abalone and dry abalone.
p& l also looks simplier without the increased in value of biological asset. biological asset is risky as animal type of thing very difficult to said.
but rental and manufacturing value add is much more predictable. plus low cost high return and much lower risk.
When oceanus 10ct..... ipco should be 6ct...... hmmm.... lol
Of course, if business is as usual, abalones are much eaten all over the world. In addition, cultivating and growing sea cucumbers is a real money growing business. It is an expensive food well liked by people of all nationalities worldwide. I am invested a few hundred lots here, though I don't really love Sg market. However, I like abalones and know of many abablone kings who made their wealth selling abalones. Furthermore, this company has asserted it would be making profits in FY2013. So all pointed, I feel ok with this counter.
haha. okie thank you for your guidance! the recent run-up might cause many punters to get into this stock, but I was thinking whether this stock can be invested for long term or not. Thanks =)

That's some very good observation and with sea cucumbers coming in soon, bound to have further upside.
There are two reasons that i like to analyse, first: due to death of abalones and therefore loss of inventories. This probably led to the CEO being replaced by the board and when some big person is replaced, he gets out of the picture and this causes his own shares and family's share to be probably sold (not forced sold) but that later lead to forced selling of many weak holders as the prices fell. OK? I may be right, I may be wrong. The prices are now steadying. My prediction, is it will recover to previous prices in a year or two.

Isolator predicted the STI 2400, but Oceanus above 10 cents. I disagree with him on the STI, but agree that he might be right for Oceanus. Hahaha.
Elaboration: A stop buy (BUY Stop) is price you would buy when the stock goes up to a certain level exceeding the stop. You are going to buy at a higher level than the current one if the price continues its up direction. Usually a short seller will place a Stop price (to buy back) for fear of losing more. You can place a buy stop even though you did not do short sell.

When it goes above 8.5 stop buy is better.
U selling 0.087cts, selling to faster then me, then I am even more greedy lohh, lidtat.
Actually I bot @ higher px, so I hav to wait for price to cross 10cts.
