The problem with this counter is its very low volumes. Even if the company has a promising future and great FA, the low volumes mean that it is difficult to buy in or sell out your shares.
Still have 33.7% upside....not taking into potential growth from PRC and potential M&A in Vietnam....Korea.....YET!!

BEST WORLD, daiwa remains OUTPERFORM with target price $1.15
- On 4 December, Best World International (Best World) announced its anticipated entry into the PRC market. The company also held an analyst briefing. In our view, the news was net-positive, as the key uncertainty surrounding the company's entry in China has now been resolved. However, we have revised down our FY07 and FY08 net-profit forecasts by 23.2% and 26.6%, respectively, to S$13.0m and S$16.4m, due to slowerthan- anticipated membership growth, smaller-than-expected new product rollout and to allow for the minority interest for the 51%-owned PRC venture. We maintain our 2 (Outperform) rating on the stock and DCF-based six-month target price of S$1.15.
- Best World will acquire 51% of a restructured Chinese company that will effectively only include licences, a factory and access to 3,000 retail outlets. The target has an unutilised licence to undertake direct selling in Jiangsu Province and has no members. That is, Best World is essentially starting from scratch in China. Outside of Jiangsu, Best World will franchise out retail opportunities until it can apply to extend its licence. We do not expect any licencing progress until 2009.
- We have revised down our FY07-08 forecasts, which we believe were previously too bullish on membership growth in Indonesia and other geographies. We have also revised down our average-revenue-per-member ARPM) estimates, as the company only launched two new products during 2H07, whereas we had expected more. We have raised our minority-interest-expense assumptions because we expect the subsidiaries that are not 100% owned (eg, China, Malaysia, Indonesia) to record strong earnings growth. The stock rallied by nearly 14% on 4 December on the back of this news, but there is still 33.7% upside potential to our target price of S$1.15, which remains unchanged.

Actually, I got into this counter because I personally like the business of MLM and this is the only MLM company listed on SGX... But I suppose when a good price is available, I will sell it and get into othet counters too... 
All we need is a change in some rules and regulations for MLM's trading here, from our careful govt., the game will be over for his world!
