SINGAPORE, Jun 25 (Reuters) - Singapore Exchange
Initially, the SGX had said that the 90-minute midday trading break would be scrapped on March 1, but in February it said the change will be instead implemented in the second quarter. The midday break is being eliminated to let trading hours in Singapore overlap more with those of key centres like Tokyo, China and India. The Straits Times said SGX is pushing back the deadline so it can ensure that investors are prepared for a change that will significantly impact the way stockbroking is done. SGX was not immediately available to comment.
Very strong buying up today. Is on uptrend mode now. Going to test $7.40 then $7.50.
SGX broke $7.30 with ease...
on the charge now...

Agree. Several indicators show upward trends. Above $7.25 today will raise a blue flag.
What's your take on this?

STI 3000 Breached!!.....No spring board it seems
Trading frequency and trading volume for higher price level counters says above Sgd. 3.00 counters will significantly drop, so eventually it comes to square one! Only frequency as well as volume trading and transaction for penny stocks, especially penny S-chips will be tremendously improved, that is for sure the future scenario will be!

Most newbies have this fundamental problem.
Their biggest mistake is they play with no system.
Stocks play is a very demanding game. Playing
by gut feeling is not the way, because every
other single person also have gut feel.
The best way to play the game is to learn
                              some basic charting techniques and
                                    develope one's expertise from there.
But in the end, the only way to win is
to be able to overcome one's 'gut feel',
which may also mean total control of EGO.

We don't know how low is low and how high is high. As a peanut investor we only follow wind or chart that not 100% accurate.Normally after i sell my stock it will rise , so good luck for those still holding day after tomoro.

Don't loose hope..SGX the only stock exchange in Singapore  is collecting money everyday. Come July it will be a whole day trading with no break during lunch time...More $$$$ to collect...
I think the current weakness in prices is a good opportunity for some trading gain.. Given time, it will rise back to $8 ...

That's right...
In playing stocks, one must have a plan,
or rational system system. Randomly 'gasak'
according to one's feeling is not a system.
Holding and holding is a system, but it's
only for those who have lots of mulah
to hold in the first place. Others must
develope their own expertise or system...

OMG. Brought at $8.00. Now $7.15.
Why sell 3 lots and not all?
What's your plan anyway?

Since no one can tell what's going
to happen tomorrow, you have only yourself
to blame if you lose money by seliing, or buying...

That is not the way to play...
If you had wanted to play long-term from the beginning,
you must never sell, no matter what other say.
It is definitely wrong to sell after a stock has dropped a lot.
Selling must be done immediately aftera stock has fallen lower
than the entry price, provided a technical entry was made...
