Ex-Div date is 03 Jun 2009 as per SGX website.
Do we need to hold the shares till 05 Jun 2009 for Dividend entitlement? Kindly advise.

contra players as of yesterday should be all wiped out... what's left is the ones who paid up
price going back up
But don't expect any wide swings in price from now onwards as I don't think substantail shareholders have gone out yet.
Buyer still holding out for them to sell at these prices 12c or 12.5c

u stil have 1c discount to cash.
I'm waiting for that to happen
it will not happen. look at today's trade. all at 12c

1. talk about the new shares issues with 1 for 1 rights issues that was approved by show of hands.
2. how about talk about the 20% new issued shares with a 20% discount that was shot down by show of hands.
how about more..........

more horrible loss - making companies are getting their prices pushed up for no reason whatsoever...this one has plenty of reasons for price to be much higher...... i guess TIME will tell.... |

So you are encouraging people to buy more and get stuck?What fear have I spread?If the 4 cents dividend are so good and attractive, why the sub holder are letting go share. One of the subholder even let go his share until zero. He totally get out of this counter few days ago. If 4 cents are attractive, why the share is not moving up when sti up 68 points today? - orpehkong......

forgot to say why tony so angry.......
U guys have to work hard at market operations for a few months....
if the 20% discount went through.. someone will be very happy instead of angry. so sayang

By the way,
1. heard tony was very angry that the SSH shot down the 20% discount resolution.....
2. heard that the the 3 major SSH did not have deals. u got them cheap.
3. so counter is spoilt till at least after pay out where u stil have to mop up another 100m shares from those who paid more than 20c before. Congrats there for the 1st round. don't have to pay 14-15c this round.
But next round before 2nd divi prior to rights.. u may have to pay more than 15c tks to our planned participation
so give me a PM if u want to deal
