My target is 57 cents, slightly lower than 74 cents which some people said Oceanus is worth. Chinese New Year coming and sales for first quarter of 2010 should be growing.

I bought @ 0.3636, sold 70% of total holding @ 0.425.
Last week I thought Oceanus will rally for another few more days.
Somehow now I feel Oceanus already reach it peak for this time rally.
I still holding some for long term investment.
pls advise whats the best price to sell off vested last week at 42.5

People buy Singapore to sell in Taiwan. So they push down to give them. Be careful

Oceanus, after TDR at Taiwan , the Oceanus doctor must have laughing all the way to bank.
Chart wise if the price contineous to surge then I need to take precaution but if the price choose to side track for few days along the support and resistence channel drawn the I will be aiming to pick up again for the breakout play.
Trend: Bullish with chance for pullback consodilation.

證交所》薛琦：開放台股漲跌10％辦法明年送至金管會
【時報記者王淑以台北報導】證交所董事長薛琦今日在「歐聖 (910579) TDR、晟鈦 (3229) 」上市典禮後表示，目前積極著手進行調查各鷚c及投資人對於台股漲跌幅從現行7％至10％辦法，證交所調查報告中，多數人希望台股能放寬漲跌幅，預計相關的調查報告會於明年完成，將送主管機關金管會，最後決定是否會放寬還是主管機關，證交所只負責進行調查。
薛琦表示，近期台灣交易所引進單邊ETF及TDR等，但若需要ETF雙邊掛牌，仍有漲跌幅限制不同的問題，目前香港沒有漲跌幅限制、中國漲跌幅為10％，台灣仍限制在7％，因此為了與國際國際證券市場接軌，許多海外機構法人則建議台灣能開放漲跌幅；目前證交所則調查各機構及投資人對於台股漲跌幅從現行7％至10％的辦法，將送主管機關金管會，最後決定是否會放寬還是主管機關。
另外，針對TDR掛牌溢價問題，薛琦表示，會有溢價產生，主要為原股與TDR雙方股價有較勁意味，不過隨著市場逐漸成熟溢價問題將慢慢減少。
今年台灣證交所相當風光，包括TDR、櫃轉市及新股上市有36家，年成長33％，薛琦表示，明年海外企業第一上市掛牌家數將超越國內IPO，第一家第一上市為IML。
今年TDR上市有巨騰、旺旺、新焦點、精熙國際、越南製造、陽光能源、真明麗、聖馬丁、康師傅及歐聖集團，累計今年證交所TDR上市案件有10件。薛琦表示，在明年農曆年前將再有7家掛牌上市。

【時報記者郭鴻慧台北報導】鮑魚大王歐聖 (910579) TDR今日掛牌上市，掛牌價9.5元，開盤即以漲停價10.15元開出，鎖單超過26萬張，目前成交量僅107張，顯示抽中的投資人對歐聖TDR惜售的程度相當高。
歐聖TDR為目前唯一非台商來台上市，董事長黃子耀日前表示，非常看好台灣的市場潛力，未來將以台灣為中心，拓展大中華市場，今日法說將親自上陣，向投資人暢談歐聖的經營策略，歐聖集團表示，民眾過去對鮑魚的印象是高價食材，歐聖則結合養殖以及餐飲銷售能力，將鮑魚普及化，以「平價奢華」概念搶攻年輕族群市場。
歐聖此次募資主要將用於擴展加工廠，以及用於旗下鮑魚餐廳「阿一天下」展店資金，明年第一季預計在台北信義區開設台灣第一家「阿一天下」分店，今年前三季合併營收約7500萬美元，稅後純益則超過2800萬美元，獲利已超越去年全年的稅後純益2700萬美元。

This 7% limit nearly cause me to sell off this counter...
After understanding the below data, the demand for this counter is very very strong @ 10.15 (~SGD$0.44cents) - 256 million shares bidding....and no seller at all.
Next week will definitely be very interesting.
