Woww.. all red, oni 3black and no green and all big blue chip stocks down, very, very cha lat liao, STI down at this moment bt -ve 59.26pts to 2,382.28 pts, seow liao.
A few mins more, see at least 90% red, red on screen. yahhh..
Today mkt is going to test ST index 2,400 again, at this moment Nikkei down 304.60pts, another all red for sgx stocks, but they will still ppl buy/sell to take profit on lower vol.
Dow down 170.41 pts. Nasdaq down 40.59 pts. Higher oil prices and sliding consumer confidence sent stocks plunging as a weak sales report from Wal-Mart Stores raised concerns about retail spending. investors were concerned about an eroding consumer picture after Wal-Mart blamed its modest sales on the impact of gasoline and utilities prices on its customers. More declines for the U.S. dollar fueled jitters about inflation and slowing global growth amid sharp drops in overseas markets.
Going to be bloodbath when market opens. STI likely to fall to 2370-2380.
U R quite rite, sell (A) stocks for a lost to cover (B) stocks which is cheaper and hv a better chances to survival, be more focus and oso home work to be done.
I think these 2 days are like rest days for market. Good time to off load unwanted shares and get good bargains.

Another slow day today I think... since yesterday was UK and US holiday.
Too many shortis, too many contra play, all is force sell too many bear news yah...

Mkt is up by about 7-8% this half hr, can still see moment moving upward alittle after those big IR bidder properties stocks settle it px range. STI is still in tact for a small mini run up. co's will hv to wait for Thai brew and BOC to release their px too.
Hi prettyLisa, Any stocks that have a good run by 10-20%, base on bottom fishing px, take stocks, got profit, take some, Cheap, very cheap liao and even buy back cheaper, hope this's of some help and give U an idea as for when mkt is falling?? nobody can predict, suituation unstable.
