u look at this burger's chart...the DOWN CHANNEL is still intact....likely it will cont'd to dive again....till wat price? dunno...may b $1 ? :P

can anyone enlighten me what can be the good draw about the Bedok condo cum shopping mall and why the BB wants to suck it all up?
Must be Capital gp offloading again?
The new bedok condo cum shopping center could be the reason for the BB to shoot it low and suck it all up now.
ETA for the shopping centre to finish 2012 and the condo in 2015

If I am correct the TP is 1.23-1.26
