Ok, I applied 11 got 3..
Applied 11 lots got 0. Never got alloted by Mapletree IPO before!
I applied 3 lots, got 1 lot.

| heard if apply 11 lots got only 3 and if apply 21 lots got only 6? If true, should open above water. BTW, this type of balloting allotment is it same like last time Cache, mapletree log and MIT? |
completely agree ! Do not expect much on capital gain but meant for diversification and balanced portfolio.

This is a dividend yield stock. Investors bought
this stock for high dividend yield only. Don't
expect much trading activities.

I think Vivocity is rather stable with so much traffic, being next to RWS and Sentosa.

I saw ipo guru Pahlawan posted in SI forum for this MCT ipo chicken rice upside 94-98 cts.....
Lets see whether will he will right or wrong this time
Maybe MCT good for long term and not short or even mid-term.
Think Hutchinson had a higher yield and still crashed and burned. Don't think it makes sense.
forecasted yield 5.7%, too low, risk is too high as more than 70% of the trust is made up Vivocity, not enough diversification, growth limited
No one buying this? i just ballot 2 lots hope wun lose $$$ :>
