Wang Yangang chairman and ceo/founder holds some shares at 31 cents I think...
i am still looking around for confirmation... it was a hearsay posted somewhere i cannot remember... though i really am hoping/praying they delist at higher than 30.... for many bought this gem higher than that...but at 30 oso good...read by 31 mar 2013??

think they dont want price to surge too much ..at least cannot above the offer px yet... still some big buying ..today got hit 27 cents... just noticed... hoping the delisting occur around CNY.
Really do not understand the price moving these two days, suddenly surge and drop, anyone can enlighten me ? luck move some to Chinaminzhong.

i think i shall write to them and ask them what is going on? why so slow to delist one after make such an announcement of a possibility? Normally dont anyhow announce even possibility on sgx unless really going ahead...so better to check and goad them into action.
even though i am ikan bilis here.
i too do not understand what the latest announcement meant... really or not the delisting happening...remind me of one china pharm.... last time alos delisted that one.... can make good profits there especially all round got naysayers...say s chip lah this and that... skali it went to nearly 50 cents that one... anyway that was an old but successful story...this one alos can count as a medical coy mah...really pray hard this one delist soon.

Based on 25c, the gain is ~ 20% if delist @ 30c. If fails, maybe the price will surge as investors willing to buy at 30c. In principle, the intrinsic value is > 30c for long term.
Medical / health product profit margin is high. Should aim closely.
Based on the previous announcement, it will be paid by another group for delisting at 0.30 pre share
