It means you will be given another 40 lots after ex bonus... and the price may hover around 27 cents or more... Very likely it will be 30 cents or above by year end if the market is still stable. Good luck

Fragrance Group Q2 , 2012 , earnings per share grew to 0.8 cent from 0.7 cent
The group's year-to-date net profit saw a 14.68 percent increase to S$43.36 million, with a 45.2 percent growth in turnover to S$196.81 million, while overall gross profit jumped 40.2 percent to S$86.65 million.
$0.545 - $0.55 has been hovering more more than a week now. And the buy-ups at these prices has been consistently high. I think there's more than meets the eye after ex-Bonus.

Actually giving out share in this way not good also. Diluting yr share value.
Earning per share reduced.... Both company approach all not good ha.
I rather don't touch both of them..... if still yet to vest in them.
Unless u are one leg into it already... than see..see....thk..thk....& decide fr yourself.

If James buy more, be prepared for him to delist....U wanna that to happen meh??
Fully agree with KageKage. Moreover, this is a progressive and dynamic company with potential growth and expansion plans. Whne ex bnus, it will eventually rise above 30 cents by this year end. So it is a very worthwhile investment

After ex bonus Fragrance will hve more scripts than Capitalland and keppel Corp...difficult to move..besides Mr koh is not buying any more fragrance,ie limited upside and any movement to 56-58cts all buyers will come out....as for Aspial his bro is buying on Aug 11,13 and aug 21..U decide for yoursef..just my 2 cts opinion..anyway it's gd to share n discuss our views

But Aspial dividend is 0.75 cents (not 7.5 cents)per share, meaning $0.75?? 10 lots = $7.5, 100 lots = $75, 1000 lots = $750.
Lets compare if i were to buy 1000 lots of aspial to get $750 of dividend:
1000 lots x $0.4 = $400,000
$400,000 in exchange of $750 is so negligible.
Instead I used the same amount to buy fragrance.
$400,000/ $550 = 727 lots of fragrance.
If fragrance goes up to $0.58,
$580 -$550 = $30 x 727 lots = $21810.
Even if it just go up by one unit to $0.555
$555 - $550 = $5 x 727 lots = $3635
U guys made the decision, for me I would definitely rather Hold/Buy fragrance. (Subjective and no offence to u starlene)

Not much upside for fragrance, the q sell gets longer the most is up to 56-58cts many pple waiting to sell..say 55cts after 1 for 1 bonus ex price shd be 27.5 which is still more than its subsidiary GPH 24cts,hence Mr Koh objective likely achieved..suggest switch to Aspial at 40cts in view of its high dividends
Starlene, I believe the dividend for aspial is 0.75 cents, not 7.5 cents.
