I know the reason for the pull bak now, SGX step in to disturb, query again :
" The Singapore Exchange on Friday asked developer Keppel Land to explain a surge in its share price.
Shares of Keppel Land, the property arm of Singapore oil rig giant Keppel Corp, were up around 3% at $4.11 around 12:55 p.m. The stock had risen as much as 6.8% earlier in the session."
Good for those who has missed to buy on dip.

Slowing moving up from $3.99 & speed up to $4.26 all the way. After that drop back $4.08 in such a short time! What a volatile day!
then is better u don't touch. it will go down to your purchased price again..looking at the chart is a long extended v shape. coming down any moment.
