some black forces are testing the govts' will..usually the govts will win as they set policies and rules of the game...for commoners, ride the wave... reduce exposure gradually and play the game well for survivor of the fittest.

The correct way is to be neither bullish or bearish...

but instead to just take a position (long or short) as a bet...

In other words, simply treat it as nothing but just one's bet about the market's next move...

And not forgetting to constantly bear in mind the existence of time-frame in the order of things...

Uncertainties are roaming.......trade with discipline.

 

 

Shorting must always be done at meaty, juice-dripping peaks...

Always short before any 'correction'...

If this rule is rigidly followed, satisfaction is as good as guaranteed...

In that it is impossible to lose much money if wrong.

But starting to short after a correction has moved down a lot is a bad practice...

 

Don't short in bull market i.e don't short during correction in bull market. I am not saying this on hindsight. Just that shorting in bull market is tricky. When a confirmed downtrend is known, then short and although you may not short at the highest price but it is ok
