Stock at 0.07, Cash Distribution at 0.08!!!

Just extra bit of info for those vested.....after the consolidation the NAV is 6.9cts....and the EPS base on last report is 3.06cts..so give it a 7 to 8 X P/E.....therefore listing the new shares at 21 to 25cts is reasonable....and may move up given the freefloat is only 100 million unless the SSH wants a quick profit lor

Hurray.....hurray.....hurray  the long wait is about to end......hehehe.......date of closure of distribution.....1/11/10.....date to pay out 12/11/10......then.....issue new shares,,,then....share consolidation.......then change of company name then listing of new shares....then sell the new shares ...then....then money in POCKET...liao.....hehehehe

OH yes the distribution is stated as not less than.0.785 cts hor.....may higher.......lucky money come to OCBC early if come now hor.....wah forex  loss alot leh.  that cx..$1 to 5.10 RMB.........remember 8 cts cheap cheap har........8.5 is a different story liao....................those bought at 9cts .....is going in for a shock......and i think PL is not in this play..............above all just my view no call to buy sell or hold.....

 

no sifu in this stock ah! well, just found that the target company are quite reputable in the ship building arena.......seem like they are quite profitable too....well if RTO sucessful,,... hopefully it will become even stronger and bigger.....then the FOC shares will grow with them lor.....nevermind 50 to 1 lah....it free after all.....hehehe.........8cts is cheap cheap leh....... a cx with history....most of the sucessful RTO does not look that bad after 2 to 3 yr down the road............of all the solid one Wilmar.....hehehe........$6.00 now.....was i think less than 50cts during RTO.....no need lar just hit $1 i happy liao......wait long long also can......hehehehe

 

Aiya how come can miss this news har! RTO buying a malaysia company and 50% of a singapore which 50% owe by the malaysia company.....dealing with ship building.....vessel chartering....procument and trading marine related products.....wah! ho sei liao........the catch they will issue a wooping 94 billion shares leh......then do a 50 to 1 consolidation.......any view by any sifu a million thks.....

not suprise lah....buy over a listed company than get back 7.85cts....than inject in bussiness....only pay peanuts leh....why not leh if oredi got bussiness but not listed....all they need to do magic.....do not even need to come a single cts after get control of company...in fact can get more $$ too......hehehe...that how  ultra big boys make $$$....you see the movement only after the company comfirm the payout amount. look like action not going to stop here.....next few days...must get ready a lot of popcorns lor..........now get share for 1.15 cts.....hehehehe

No date of distribution yet.....but today shareprice jump.....infact distribution adjusted down to 7.85cts...per share.....but share price move up .....think those who brought is waiting for the soon to taken over shell company.....RTO....this one, there is unlimited gain lor.....why.....??? hehehe....because after the distribution...you are getting it  FOC....there fore no cost....unlimited gain lor......just like you found 50cts in the" loong kang" go buy toto...hehehehe.....you may strike first prize.....no capital....lor hehhehehe
