you are right to be uncertain.

from a TA perspective, I think its price has been moving sideways for more than 1 month now. But I think this is going to end in about 1-2 weeks time with some sustained trending occuring.

It might be an uptrend... but I can't really confirm this right now. Sorry... not very helpful I guess.
