What is the impact of this news on the price movement, on a scale of 1 to 10? 

So far, I don't see anything sustained, other than the higher opening blip.

Base on the current trend, this counter will be moving upward very very soon .....glue your eye on this counter for the next 2 weeks.

• ADX is indicating uptrending 
• Price above 100day 55day 30day liao 
• Trade above MACD (12, 26,9)
• Stochastic read at 70-75
• But volume is still thin

Just my 2 sense of thought!

 

large surge at last hr. Expect more upside once it breaks 0.315

 

UtdEnvirotech on the move with trading volume surge above the 14d average volume.

Finally, Utd Envirotech has broke out of 0.30 resistance to close at 0.305 with a high of 0.315.

Traded above the 14d Volume MA and MACD line is above the signal line. 

Up-trend is coming....completed formation of cup and handle.



Also note that STI made a huge 55.56 pt jump today.

Coming Monday would help to confirm the direction of this counter....further upside? or downward spiral?

 

 

 

UEL has 2 revenue streams - 


a) EPC - they are paid to design and build a water plant. This is a contract based stream hence revenue can be unpredictable.

b) Water Treatment - They invest their own money to build a BOT plant for the government. The Group operates the plants for 30 years and derive its revenue from it. This is very stable and predictable source of income.

The Group is currently building 2 water plants which will double its treatment capacity to 650,000 m3 which is larger than Hyflux Water Trust's capacity. The treatment segment generated S$4.9 million net profit to the Group 9M 10. Once the two plants comes online in 1H 11, this segment should double.

EPC wise, their order book will be depleted within the next 3 months unless they clinch new contracts.
