can't wait to eat the tasty abalone.

I believe it will try to move back to above 40 cents soon.  Fundamentally nothing has slided.  Instead it is doing not bad in its business.  Festive season coming so more abalones mean more income.  BASAYOR

Aiyah, politics is the one and only dirty facets of life as we know it.  With the exception of America whose forefathers put in place a truly democratic constitution after seeing too much civil wars and bloodshed that opened up their hearts; the hearts of their leaders and leaderships, can you see real honesty in it.  I can assure you that in most countries, even if a robber becomes the head of government by worming himself in, he will still cling on to power  in face of any real trouble that concerns him to the extent he will do anything possible to keep his position till his end by "providence".

This is how I view politics and I might be wrong. Hahaha.

pharoah88,

Correction :

Taiwanese President cannot be charge  for any crime while in office.

Its always when they step down, either via impeachment by parliamentarian or lost the presidential election when he / she no longer enjoy the immunity of the President,  state prosecutors will re-open its book to pursue outstanding cases. If the Ex-President was found guilty by case Judge,  the sentence given would be according to the Law of their Country and severeness of the crime they have committed.

Ex president of Taiwan, was charged after he stepped down, for corruption, it was a well publicized case that most of us are aware. :)

So Taiwan President do not get charged as they are immune while being President of the Country. They have to face the Law when he become ordinary citizen, after stepping down, impeached successfully by the parliamentarian. When he no long holds the Presidential power.

Once in TAiPEi, i bOught one TAiWAN MANGO intended for desert after DiNNER.

BefOre DiNNER, i was tOO tempted by its fragrance and ate the whole TAiWAN MANGO.

After eating that one GAiNT MANGO,  my stomach was so FULL that I decided nOt to have any DiNNER that evening.

TAiWAN has a VERY  VERY  VERY  OPEN OPEN OPEN  ENViRONMENT.

those TAiWANESE  variety shows broadcasted in SiNGAPORE are sO  enjOyable  UNlike the SiNGAPORE  variety shows.  TAiWANESE artises are  sO VERY VERY VERY OPEN OPEN OPEN.

SiNGAPORE  ENViRONMENT is  tOtally  clOsed

TAiWAN  has  LEVEL  PLAYiNG  FiELD.

WiLL CT TANG type of  DElisting  happen  iN  TAiWAN ? ? ? ?

In TAiWAN  night markets, every TAiWANESE can be an entrepreneur in reality.  nO  nEEd to pay store rental in night market for freelance entrepreneur.

In  TAiWAN,  every night market is UNiQUE.  In  Singapore, all the night markets are the same.

Once, i was in TAiNAN.  After my dinner at the night market, i chanced upon a FREE STRiP SHOW on a big stage at the TAiNAN night market.  I could not believe myself  then.  The performer was pretty and young.

In  TAiWAN,  PRESiDENT and  FiRST  LADY  are JAiLED tOO.

I am nOt  AWARE  of  any Other cOuntry dOing this JUSTiCE OPENLY.

Can see that Taiwan market is a real "pit" where investors/traders really put the hypothetical values of shares in their perspective.  In other words, these traders/investors are willing to put their money where their expectations of a company are.  Not the typical Singapore type.  Taiwanese are not the kiasu, not the kiasi types. And they really defend the prices according to their thinking making the stock market lively.  Singapore is far behind in this agressiveness and "foresighting" as seen from our stock market.  Maybe sg people are too trained to be non adventurous, just make yourself comfy type.  Adventure- no lah. Innovation - no lah, go for the challenge, no lah, I rather sleep lah, kind of thinking?  Any comments?

Oceanus chart looks interesting.

I saw a couple of Huge Trades this morning.

Think there could be a jump coming.

Just my personal view. You invest at your risk.

FARMING LOBSTERS has always been challenging, but Oceanus’ Aussie aquaculture technology partner recently broke new ground in achieving commercial viability for its lobster species.

Just as the abalone is a prized delicacy in Asia, so is the lobster is a prized delicacy in Europe and North America.

However, high demand plus the absence of aquaculture has led to all of the world’s wild lobster fisheries being either fully exploited or in decline.

Yesterday afternoon, Oceanus, the world's largest land-based abalone farm operator, inked a deal with Lobster Harvest to jointly farm slipper lobsters, for which the leading Aussie lobster aquaculture technology company has successfully propagated at commercially viable survival rates.

The current supply of slipper lobsters (commonly known as crayfish in Singapore) are frequently stale because it is harvested together with fish even though crustacean deterioration is much more rapid.

Yeah man, it is no fault of an ordinary Singaporean.  What could they do?  They are too restrained from doing much.  You put a fish in a tank, it can only move that much. Put one back into a reservior, it will become a different fish.  I believe Singaporeans are like fish in a tank.  The leadership seems to be the fish owner and we seem to be fishes in the tank.
