At first, they put all the risky assets and formed a company and borrowed S$2.5billion from the public to sustain them, successfully transferred the risk to the public, now they are again short of money, but they know the public wont lend them anymore for such a big amount, so they go for Euro medium term note - $2billion only, i believe the next step is to sell off this company at a loss, good luck to the shareholders and potential shareholders, with all the debts, is it really cheap?
Sure or not, can go below $2.00.??????

I start buying at Sgd. 2.22. Good prospect of China Mall opening business prospect expansion. China Mall Asia may easily growth its capital asset by more than 10 folds within 10 years, hence its share price value as well!
