Reit is like that, if it is too high, the yield come down, ppl dont want to buy, then it px drop,
if it is too low , before it go too low ,ppl buy up, and then , it repeat itself. px come down again.
you just stay here for the dividend, DPU..to have capital gain is hard.
move to penny, dont waste the rally,

if capital gain is more than the dividend declare. i don't see why would u want to keep
likewise if the First Reit tomorrow goes up to 0.795 or more, i will consider selling it
and buy back after XD or after feb 28.

MIT xd same as FREIT. Do u think I should sell tmr?
Mapletree industrial. i used to have it but sold when it reached 1.12 (bought at 1.18). 10 lots
lose money .. the yield isn't that fantastic. This counter at least is guaranteed quarterly pay out.
did u buy MIT? I enter @1.08 last fri oso.
I think even Starhub or Singtel cannot match the dividend level.
btw, which other REITs offer good yield ? how abt cityspring?
