Mapletree logistics is paying dividend in cash or in scrip. Any comments from you guys as to which is better.
If one take up scrip,  then the price is slightly cheaper than the market, and you do not need to pay broker commission. But you end up with odd lots, which may be difficult or more costly (in terms of lower market price and higher brokerage) to sell later on.
Has Mapletree Logistic lost its lustre!
Before the financial crisis, it was doing extremely well. Thereafter, it still has yet to recover!

Point to ponder:  Asset value has increased by 9 folds but what about the dividends and stock price?

The race started on 2 Jul (Alex's Chia recommdtn)
MLT : 0.975 - 0.995
MCT : 0.975 - 0.98   
Now ,
MLT : 1.015 - 1.02   (Max :1.02)
MCT :   1.05 -1.055 (Max : 1.06 on 19 Jul)
Can MLT catch up /w MCT ?

Also nobody asking u to sell. Hope profit here is enough to cover your others losses. I move on to load on more profitable counters which the gain now already cover the dividend here. U r lag in your response. juz tcss.lol.
