Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd through its subsidiary, has entered into a conditional agreement to sell its 35% shareholding of Wuhu Annto Logistics Co Ltd (Annto) to Midea2 for an after tax net proceed of approximately S$52.6m. Acquired in 2006, Annto offers integrated logistics services of transportation, warehousing and distribution in China . Besides growing its logistics business over the years, Annto is also looking into the expansion of its manufacturing business, which does not fit into Keppel T& T’s businesses. Midea, therefore, offered to buy over Keppel T& T’s stake in Annto.

maybe is not late to comment on this stock because 3 mths ago, it suddenly comes alive then sleep till today.
that time undertable rumors was that some kind of deal is in place to take this baby private due to the low daily trade vol. the price range is very subjuctive as more than 60% is on the hands of the PAP company.
normally such news take almost 6 mths to be made public. so another 3 more mths we will know the TRUTH.

Temasek family owns more than 80% of Kep TT.
The free float is little. So the right issue makes economical sense?
the keppel family is asking for money.
when is this counter going for it.
but it has to push the price higher first and
give good discount.
