Now UOB further cuts target price to $0.35 from $0.70. Doesn't look good for LKH ?
Low Keng Huat reported net profit in fiscal 1Q ended Apr rose 78% to $4.9 million. UOB-KayHian says result came in light of expectations due to lower than expected percentage of completion for its ongoing projects. But broker maintains forecasts as says higher percentage of completion in coming quarters should boost earnings. Notes company recently won 2 new hotel construction contracts, may benefit from devaluation of Vietnamese dong as costs of Vietnam hotel operations are in dong, but room rates charged in US dollars. Maintains Buy call, but cuts target price to $0.70 from $0.95.
