Care to explain what will be the effect for the share price after consolidation? Up or down?
any one know what actually happened to TW. I received a circular for EGM to be held on 19 Apr 07 for the proposed consolidation of every 10 shares into 1 (one) consoldiated share, but iOCBC.com notice said that the consolidation will take effect from 24 Apr 07 for every 1000 shares to 500 shares... which is correct ? Among that, also some take over news.. Kindly advise...pls.
Twinwood to be named Hup Soon Global. Core business is automotive parts in Thailand and South-East Asia. Should be able to generate better earnings after this change of core business.
Notice that most of the directors in Parkway Holdings also sit in the board of Twinwwod. Maybe they had plan for Twinwood.
