1 HAD TO SELL SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE THE TRADES WERE NOT THAT LIQUID........
THIS IS A DISADVANTAGE .........
I ACTUALLY CONSIDER GOING INTO OTHER REITS WHICH ARE MORE LIQUID .I.E - I CAN SELL 500 LOTS IN 1 TRADE ......
ALL THE BEST TO YOU .........
AND MAN, I WAS CORRECT ABOUT THIS REIT HITTING THE $1.36 MARK ..............

AND NOW THE PRICE IS BELOW WHAT I OFF LOADED.............
THE REASON IS ALSO BECAUSE OF PRECHTER ......
I CAN GO IN BUT NOT NOW - I WANT TO SEE IF PRECHTER IS CORRECT ABOUT DOWN GOING BELOW 2008 LOW .......
I think you have off loaded all your Reit...

AscottREIT breaking strongly above the $1.14 key support-turned-resistance level on
heavy volume yesterday, it could see more mid-term upside potential.
Initial resistance at $1.25.
On the upside, we peg the initial resistance at $1.25 (support-turned resistance), breaking which,
we see the subsequent resistance at $1.36 (minor peaks in Apr & May ‘08)

the geographical spread of properties in ascott is reasonable IMO.
at least if singapore don't do well this year, other country might do better and it equals out.

ascottreit , along with some other counters, was earmarked by local 'market experts' as a good counter to invest in.
