Large selling on this counter in the morning, dropped 1 cent or 22%.
Good time to go in now?
Any view on this counter?
Bought some in mid May @ 3c, sold this week @ 4.5c. Quite perplexed by the sudden surge in interest on this counter on Tues which saw it spike from a 3c-3.5c average on Mon to 4.5c-5c on Tues with huge volume of trades compared to the last month and decided to cash out.
Thinking of buying @4c now. Seems to be a recovering company with an OK balance sheet, holding quite a bit of land.
Now only 1 cent.
Anyone have any views on this counter for mid-term??
Me not vested

China home prices seen dropping more
Citic Ka Wah Bank cites weak demand, govt unlikely to ease up loan restrictions
SHANGHAI) Property prices in China will fall further because demand is weak and the government probably won't relax restrictions on home loans, according to Citic Ka Wah Bank chief economist Liao Qun.
'Policy targets with respect to the property market are still some way from being reached,' Mr Liao said at a press briefing here yesterday. 'The adjustment of the market is set to continue into 2009.'
China's government is seeking to rein in soaring property prices to help slow inflation from an 11-year high. It raised interest rates on mortgages for second homes and increased the minimum downpayment to 40 per cent of the sale price last September.
Investments in Property Development Collaborations Boosted Q1 2008 Net Profit Attributable to Company Equity Holders by 1,214% to RMB69.5 Million
Singapore, 15 May 2008
(“Sunshine” or the “Group”), an award-winning Henan-based developer of residential and
commercial properties today announced its financial results for the three months ended 31
March 2008.
During the quarter, Sunshine recognized revenue of RMB94.1 million, mainly from the sales of
residential units in one of its project under development, Sunlight City – Shuixie Huadu in
Shangqiu City. Although this revenue is lower than the high base achieved in Q1 2007 which
included sales of residential as well as commercial units in 3 projects, the investment income
of RMB49.6 million from available-for-sale-investments significantly boosted the Group’s
profitability in Q1 2008. Coupled with the surge in non-operating income which included the
foreign currency exchange gain of RMB32.2 million on the US dollar denominated loans due
to the appreciation of Renminbi against the US dollar, net profit attributable to equity holders
of Sunshine jumped 1,214% to RMB69.5 million and exceeded the net profit achieved for the
whole of FY2007.
