quote="chaosdiablo"]Anyone notice the profit margin of Jiutian is actually more than 3 times higher than Sinostar??????[/quote]..after ex bonus..ex warrants will be vulnerable to sell down esp if bonus shares come bk..see innovalue(1 for 1 bonus...) Thomson( 1 for 10)..singapurafinace previously(bonus cum warrants)..I also bought Juitian in May 2006 at 63 to 70cts..that's why I am convinced of sinostar at today's price 75 to 78cts
thanks atomant i m as good as without a broker....care to recommend a good one to me...
This trick here is that the mother share must be above 80cts in order that the warrant to be worth anything. If the mother share remains at below 80cts for the next three years, than quickly learn how to fold a aeroplane with a pc of waste paper. Fold that pc of warrant and fly it out of the window.
But than base on this logic, the one that cannot afford to lose is definitely be the BB, the main shareholders and etc. They shld be holding the most of the warrants. They need to tie up with one of the primary school to get their student to help them to fold paper planes.
AtomAnt: The mother share must reach $1?
your broker shld be able to advise u. Anyway, the cut off date is 9/10, if u are still holding it before 10/10 than u will automatically be entitle to it. If u got 100 lots of mother shares u will be given 20 lots of u. The notice shld arrive today or tomorrow. But i sell it b4 i rec this letter.
hi,
can someone explain this warrant thing?
still blur...
thanks.
how do we know whether we got the warrant....auto allocation or must place for it?...
thanks focusy for thedetails, as i got no time to search for the it but just having a rough idea of it. Anyway. the warrant has start trading with surprising good price which is much better than the 0.05 that i expected. Don't throw wait for what? i already sell it at 21cts. The mother share must reach $1 than this whoever buy up the warrant that i sold him or her is profitable. Anyway, i still keeping the mother share.
Finally the warrant is out already with good price now
hewman and AtomAnt: the IPO price of Jiutian was 29 cents, as I have posted earlier.
it was not 38 cents or 58 cents.
u can check it out at this SGX website: http://info.sgx.com/webipo.nsf/rev+new+ipo+past+yr+performance?OpenView&restricttocategory=2006
After the recent stock split (1 share became 5), the IPO price became 5.8 cents, for comparison purposes.
Thanks for reply AtomAnt!
The initial IPO is at about 38cts and on the opening day it shot up to 70 over cts. That is somewhere in May last year. On this year when i notice it in early July, it is already $2.46. That answer the question from hewman.
For Amilytan, the warrant is now in pending entry status as shown on the SGX trading board. It shld be able to start trading in a few days time.
But basically, this stock is playing roller coaster now due to uncertainty in China mkt. BB player is playing guerilla warfare, be careful. China mkt will be under going a correction period till next week. A clearer picture will only be presented end of next week. Trade with care.
Thsi counter so active again this morning with drop 0.01.
AtomAnt: the warrant is out already right?
