correction: MS may not be on Gokongwei's side. What is evident, however, is that they will be kingmakers with their % of UIC, in the event of a GO.
same BB. Telegraph, Summit, are vehicles owned or operated by Gokongwei. MS appears to be on Gokongwei's side, if you track history of buys and sells.
For UIC there are only two players: Gokongwei and WCY.
See SGX announcements in March to June '08 the different BBs buying right?

hi elfinchilde, TQ 4 ur response. The last SGX announcement seems to b on 26/5. The volume on 6/6 oso quite high but no announcement so i guess may b some other investors accumulating too.
gokongwei buying, most likely. if you check SGX announcement, the previous was by him.
high vol due to one married deal at 910 am; 1.7mil shares changed hands.
again high volume for this counter, wonder who is buying?
ya, anyone know why?
hi guys UIC price up and volume up too!!!
For the past few days, RSI(14D) shows oversold and Williams(14D) shows overbought for UIC. Quite ridiculous for past few days (1 day is understandable).
lol another blunder by the broker. another few hundred k gone!

I think someone key in wrongly. A $3 share sold for $0.30.
Somebody sold UIC at 0.3 this morning! Must be panic until the marble dropped and blur liao.... :))
volume is high, married deal?
They are investors too, and cannot predict future prices. Probably they feel that the prices then in Aug may go down further, so they sell. And in Sep, when mkt sentiments are better, they buy.
Thanks Fisher, but were the prices around 22 aug lower then prices around 24 sep?
Maybe some fund managers like to sell low, buy high =)
