I am a newbie in the stock market and am thankful to people like yourselves who have been generous with your sharing. I am still rather confused over whether one should be a trader or a value investor. I must admit that in the recent bull run I did manage to get some decent "pocket money" but a part of me is "gia see" that I would have gained more in future if I had held on to the shares. Also how does one know if the shares one buys today will really pan out in future? Blue chips are too expensive to buy even when there is a fall in the market.
