ue convertible bond price is too low compared to current price.....
Support looks strong at 36c.
Actually get converted also very possitive for the company as the balance sheet will be srtonger !!

NAV $0.62 and PE 5, how come share price still cannot cross $0.40......

This one will keep going up, slowly but surely...no fear...if DOW dropped 1-2%, this one will weather you, this is a good one to store your nuts under the old oak tree. Not so sensitive to the DOW changes.

Not sure we need to wait till 2010, it may get there very quickly and attract SGX query...hehe another one of those..

this one is slow but with NAV so much higher than current price and already sold all units in Centris and good recurring income from its retail rental........should easily reach 50 cents in 2010.......
correction came and gone didnt loose still have minor gain, but no fear...it is not going to dive, too much good news already, doomsayer may still do what they do best. This one I have it in my stamp book for collection, maybe one rainy day I may offload it.

one correction alone, stop out of all stock..include this one..in fact lose a little here..
but good stock, just "loon" will be like another maid to you..soon...look to vest again.
