One by one JV not carried out. On 29 July,investment on lottery business due to certain commercial issues which could not be resolve, such issues include the granting of valid licences and/or permits by relevant PRC authorities. Hence the SPA has lapsed.

Yo! I was told the website was under construction since 2006. Nothing has changed there since.... haha

Can anyone advise on me on (1) the S&P with CCTV,megatalk have expired? (2) the lottery busineess agreement has expired (3) is there any expired date on the S& P agreement (4) If yest to note (3), must the Company make am annoucement to SGX?......Please advise...still waiting and holding on to it...
