Those very long term hoders since IPO days big lost - shattered  dream after long holding on and wait and hope.

Now company starting to make profits propsed  delisting and just offer  $0.0715  per shares...........

Majority of the share holders whom  made big lost after taking up  delisting offer would likely to  veto  against the proposal ?

32 cents IPO get back just  7.15 cents... not a good deal man.

Delisting is when a company feels it don't need public funding anymore nor do they want to share their profits with public share holders...

Unless.they declare a very handsome dividents for the just closed FY profits.. to make up...

Wonder when they will announce the FY Financial result and if they will declare a divident and special one off dividents or not...

The CEO announced  earlier that shareholders will thank him when its announced... he will reward shareholders... hope he don't eat his won words which are recoreded ion black and white... hope he  don't dissapoint shareholders... whom loyally hold on to their share even when it fell to 4.5 cents or even 4 cents at one point of time.... :)

Looking forward to their dividents declaration... and the final decision for delisting... think they shoukd bundle the 2 agenda in the AGM..

Acceptance of FY result, approval of divident, and approval for delisting proposal...

In the same AGM they must give good reason for  shareeholders to cheer for :)

So  some proposal should be favourable..

If they think they no longer need public funding to suuport its future and ongoing plan and operations, they should reward sharehoilders handsomely, sacrifice a little before parting hand  with them. and  reap their full  gaians when they do in future then thats fair :)

They should declare the max they can - in other to ganer support for their delisting proposal.:)

They should give shareholder a good reward before parting hand and go their own way...:)

Or as some might suspect, they will delist here and  later list again in other stock market like Hongkong or Taiwan by setting up other new subsidiary company :)

Money making and funding support stredtegy.

After all,   perhaps they don't see their share price rocket much if they remain.............listed here......for some reason..

My own guess.

But whatever the case may be, i just hope they keep their words by giving shareholder a dividents that they can smile about..:)

Cheers.

It is mainly due to the market melt down. Also the Fund Manager / Underwriter for this counter is DBS. Usually they will not push or support the price as much as other Fund Manager / Underwriter. This is purely my personal view from many years of IPO experience.

mid year result will be announced in 2 weeks time. should be in line with forecast (can't be far away as the date is so closed). this is a tech stock, so don't expect them to annouce to go into property or oil or energy related business, you should judge youself if the current price is reflecting its fair value or not.
