It seems that you had been eyeing on this hidden gem also. 31c is just a start. If you read the report, Tak Ming Packing has obtained preliminary approval and is currently in the final phase of review for a licence for some regulated packaging for food and beverages. So far only 29 licences had been issued. Once TM obtain the license, Target Price should be upgraded!! Hope the day can come earlier!!
