Ya better be careful. Restricted stock means you can only buy limited amount of this counter, the rest you must have money to pick up the shares then you can buy. That means cannot contra, very risky. In this case, prices may drop further as those who can't pick up their shares have to sell it off. 
oh no !! so fast come out this thing liao... becareful more to come..... this mean game over very soon for ikan bilis....

buying large volume at high price and selling it at low price don't make sense..
it only makes sense if they're the one selling at high price, then subsequently buying back at low price :/
or, they already have holdings that are bought in lower, and the subsequent buying high is just to drive the price higher and attract buyers, so they can sell higher :/
UOBKH...so ...what's RESTRICTED STOCK.....can anyone enlighten me?
I oni know someone bought large vol. @ high px then sell low px, and this 'someone' had done it more than once....why?
I think this stock is too 'speculative' and they do that to protect their clients' benefits
