As I have mentioned in my first post and also like what Vic said, the losses are not from operations, rather they are non-operational items. The important thing is the operating cash flows must be positive for the company to survive.
Anyway, just keep a lookout for this. It will move soon. And also the Directors increased their stake yesterday. Signal of their confidence.

I saw from shareinvestor that Temasek Holding selling off 679 lots on 28 Jun 07. And the ROE is negative... for 05 and 06.. appreciate if you can enlightened me.. thks..

Give you guys a little clue. Married deal of 5 million shares today at 13 cents each. Seller is MMI Holdings Ltd and buyers are Directors of Metal Components. Hope this helps.

Metal Component Engineering is indeed in the red, but take a real good look at its cash flows for the past 2 years?positive, $0.72 million in 2005 and $3 million in 2006. NTA is currently at $0.13 so it?s a bargain. Its obvious that the losses are non-operation items.
Stock is cornered, free float negative 16,729,702 as at last Friday. Do take a look at this stock.
