This company has just turned itself from a shell company to a property developer with some new projects. Starting this year, it did a private placement of huge shares and then an issue of a gigantic amount of rights and warrants. Businesses not related to property development were also sold.
So, the past financial reports are irrelevant to what it's going to do now and future. |

how trustworthy is this stock as I enter the website investor relation is under construction, and when i email them to get the financial report the email bounce back as well ?
Anywhere i can look at their financial data to understand their busines ?
Since the share price of a shell company could go up to 4.5 cents without fundamental improvement early this year, now with awarded projects on hand, it can sure return to that level. It's just a matter of time given huge amount of shares after the rights.
Don't forget that the theoretical ex-right price is 1.5 cents. It was oversold previously.
