Sold 100lots at 14.5(bought yesterday) cents today but it shot up the sky. Any news ?
Terence, i am stlll holding to 260lots and 44.75lots warrants under CPF.
We should recieve out allotment notice in post to subscribe for the rights share at 1 cent. If you do not intend to so, you can sell your rights from tomorrow. The buyer will get to buy the share and entitled to free warrants. May see the mother shares move up to 25 cents if market has returned to normalcy.
That's all i know.

Received the prospectus on the bonds & rights cum warrants issue in the mail today. Did not specify whether can use cash to subscribe for the rights. If yes, i will hold it all the way and grow with the investment with the company..

SGX has given the approval for the proposed rights cum warrants issue and the convertible bond issue. After all the issues, the no. of shares would be above 400 million, which is not my type. I like companies with less than 400 million shares. Easy to corner. Anyway, congrats to you.

I don't think so. They will be nuts to bid for the projects. Asiatic is not even worth $50m now at market value, and those plants cost by the hundreds of millions so if they bid, they may end up in bankruptcy and cash flow problems. Anyway, they have gained a foothold in Cambodia so I think they will focus more on Emerging Markets instead. Cambodia govt. has more projects in the pipeline.
