To maximize it coated paper profits powering off your money to increasing profits.
Leverage simply means using a certain amt of money to control a much larger sum in percentage term, it's possible b'cos it's likely that the value will change by more than a certain percentage over a certain short to mid term.
Look likely it don require to take too long. I trusted this statement...This was mainly attributable to a full quarter of sales contribution from the new coated paper manufacturing line....which commenced production in May 2010.

In 3QFY10, revenue rose significantly by 21.6% from RMB226.4 million in the 3 months ended 30 September 2009 (“3QFY09”) to RMB275.3 million.
This was mainly attributable to a full quarter of sales contribution from the new coated paper manufacturing line which commenced production in May 2010, a 42.9% increase in sales from newsprint paper, a 2.3% increase in sales from printing paper, and a 4.4% rise in revenue from paper chemicals. The Group’s revenue increase was also supported by stable average selling prices across all its paper products.
Note - Construction of production facilities for coated paper will take approximately 24 mths (Mar 2009)

I like this counter, not so speculative and C.paper mgt is pushing closer to where it action should be...
, more profitable for China paper business in 2011. Expecting some good result as production coming on steam.

China paper don believe in borrowing more money for development & expansion, by bringing to where the action is, will profit china paper more. Ai liao - cheongging......... Closed 0.17c

after climbing, it need some rest. RMB20 million, which will be fully funded by internal resources.
I like the mgt style of China paper by looking at how it grow it paper business by bringing it factory so near to where it action should be, so near to d action, so more profitable venture.

China Paper Holdings Limited Announces Construction Of Production Facilities For Coated Paper
China Paper Holdings Limited announced that Linyi Zhenyuan Paper Co. Ltd. (Zhenyuan), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, intends to construct additional production facilities for a new high quality printing paper product known as coated paper (the Investment). The additional production facilities will have the capacity to produce 50,000 tonnes of coated paper per annum. The aggregate amount of capital expenditure for the Investment is approximately RMB210 million, which will be fully funded by internal resources.
Construction of production facilities for coated paper will take approximately 24 mths, (coming on steam soon)

9mths and 24mths is very fast to setup factory and more good news coming, more profitable $ with coated paper.
