Increase in net profit merely comes from a one time off gain in disposal of investments in associate companies. Otherwise, there's actually a dropped in net profit. Last year div was 0.5cts not 5cts..
It reported an increase of 5.9% in its FY2007 earnings to S$46.6 mln thanks to higher rental rates occupancy in its warehouse.
Net profit was up 195.5% to S$10.3 mln.
The business generated S$5.4 mln in cash compared to S$5.2 mln last year.
It will be paying a special dividend of 5 cents a share and a first and final dividend of 2 cents a share as compared to the first and final dividend of 5 cents per share it paid last year.
