DBS Vickers starts Swissco International (5FG.SG) at Buy with S$1.62 target. Says marine logistics supplier and ship repairer benefits from rise in day charter rates as it deploys its vessels to customers for periods of less than 6 months. Expects FY07-09 earnings to get boost from increased vessel deliveries, higher-value charter contracts for its vessels, and high utilization rates. Says share price will be underpinned by hidden value of firm's existing fleet, new vessels. "Swissco's net carrying value of its existing fleet in the balance sheet as of end 2006 and the budgeted capex for vessels under construction may have been undervalued by about 38%." Stock +5.6% at S$1.31. (FKH)
